PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION

Cloud49 recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy. The following privacy policy describes what information Cloud49 collects, how it collects that information, and how it stores, uses, transfers, and discloses (collectively “uses”) the collected information. You should be aware that Cloud49 may update or amend this policy from time to time. Revision history of the policy will be kept wherever it is displayed or transmitted.

USE OF DATA RECEIVED FROM CLIENTS

As a cloud infrastructure managed services company, much of the data we collect and store is provided by clients, rather than received directly from individuals.  Any data received on behalf of clients is used strictly for the business purposes defined in the agreement between the client and Cloud49. It may be shared with third parties for the sole purposes of providing cloud managed services to our clients. An individual who seeks access or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data provided to Cloud49 by a client should direct their query to that client and not to Cloud49. Additionally, an individual wishing to limit the use or sharing of their data should direct their query to that client and not to Cloud49. Cloud49 does not sell any data to third parties.
